1 Existing Problems At present, the inspection of substation equipment in China mainly relies on inspection personnel to regularly conduct manual inspections. Due to the constraints of climatic conditions, environmental factors, personnel quality and sense of responsibility, the quality of patrol inspections and the availability rate cannot be guaranteed. At the same time, information that reflects operational status and equipment defects cannot be timely fed back, and hidden equipment failures cannot be discovered in time, causing equipment failures. In addition, the use of traditional inspection and management methods is difficult to effectively supervise inspection personnel. Equipment accidents caused by incomplete inspections are not uncommon. Therefore, in order to ensure the smooth progress of inspections of lines and equipment and reduce unnecessary economic losses, the call for reform of the traditional backward patrol inspection method has become increasingly loud. How to supervise the in-place status and work status of the inspection personnel's inspection route and the standardized management of the inspection work has become a common concern and urgent problem to be solved by power grid managers. 2 Solution ideas In order to effectively resolve the practical problems in unattended substation equipment inspections, after thorough investigation, analysis and demonstration, combined with the characteristics of mountain areas, we introduced substation “intelligent inspection systems” and combined with the standardization inspection of substations. Planning, construction of pilot sites, construction strategies that have been gradually promoted after maturity, successfully solved the problems of equipment inspection quality supervision, and was integrated with the grid safety production management system to eliminate island operations and improve the inspection and operation management of substation equipment. .
The smart substation inspection system uses a mobile computing platform (such as a PDA) to customize substation patrol inspection services, and locates the identifiable tag-assisted devices to ensure that they are in place. This guides patrol personnel to perform standardized and standardized work processes, and on this basis A professional management system for statistical analysis of inspection results and equipment defects.
3 System characteristics In view of the above issues, we have researched and proposed an intelligent substation inspection system. The system is composed of four parts: a master station system, a PDA, a CF RFID reader card, and an RFID electronic tag attached to the device. The system adopts advanced and mature computer technology, wireless communication and bar code identification technology, and is integrated with the standardized inspection of substations to minimize the problems of leakage patrols and patrols that are not in place. Its system architecture is shown in the figure. Mobile inspection system architecture uses advanced technology to achieve supervision in place. 4 Project implementation and application effect The system has been piloted in the substation under the jurisdiction of China Southern Power Grid. The system has a friendly interface, convenient operation, stable and reliable operation, patrolling personnel formulate patrol tasks through the system, and uploads them to PDAs. Inspectors carry PDAs to perform patrol tasks in accordance with the patrol tasks, read affiliated devices through CF RFID readers and cards. The RFID electronic tags are in place for confirmation, and inspections are performed according to the established standardized process of the system. The functional modules of the system fully meet the needs of the inspection business.
