The national wind power safety inspection mainly involves the following four aspects:

Wind farm safety management. Wind farm access system conditions. Check the planned and approved wind power project construction and commissioning, wind power access to power transmission and transformation project approvals and simultaneous construction arrangements, and whether the current access conditions can meet wind power access and delivery; during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period Regional (or unit) access system supporting power transmission and transformation project planning and annual construction arrangements; wind power plant supporting peaking, frequency modulation power supply planning, construction and operation; power grid consumption, transmission wind power analysis; wind farm access system The impact on the local grid (grid frequency, power quality, and peak shaving frequency regulation).

The "Notice" stipulates that this inspection should be carried out by self-examination of enterprises and the supervision of the SERC.
