The ISO DAO series implements the host RS-485/232 interface signal isolation and conversion into standard analog signals for controlling remote devices. ISODA series products can be used in RS-232/RS-485 bus industrial automation control system, 4-20mA, 0-5V, 0-10V and other standard signal output, used to control the implementation of industrial equipment, control equipment and display instruments, etc. Wait.
Products include power isolation, signal isolation, linearization, D/A conversion and RS-485 serial communication. Each serial port can connect up to 256 ISODA series modules. The communication mode adopts ASCII code communication protocol or MODBUS RTU communication protocol. The instruction set is compatible with ADAM module. The baud rate can be set by code and can be linked with other manufacturers' control modules. The RS-485 bus facilitates computer programming.
ISODA series products are intelligent monitoring and control systems based on single-chip microcomputer. All user-defined configuration values, address, baud rate, data format, checksum and other configuration information are stored in non-volatile memory EEPROM.

Brief introduction of ISODA function:
ISO DOA signal isolation D / A conversion module can be used to output a voltage or current signal, can also be used to output two common ground current or voltage signal.

1, analog signal output
With 12-bit output accuracy, all signal output ranges have been calibrated before leaving the factory. In use, the user can also easily calibrate their own programming.
The specific current or voltage output range depends on the product selection. When outputting two signals, the two output selection must be the same.

2, communication protocol communication interface: 1 standard RS-485 communication interface or 1 standard RS-232 communication interface, specify when ordering.
Communication protocol: Supports two protocols, the character set defined by the command set and the MODBUS RTU communication protocol. It can be programmed to use that communication protocol to enable network communication with a variety of brands of PLCs, RTUs or computer monitoring systems.
Data format: 10 bits. 1 start bit, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit.
The communication address (0~255) and baud rate (300, 600, 1200, 2400, 4800, 9600, 19200, 38400bps) can be set; the communication network can reach a maximum distance of 1200 meters and is connected through a twisted shielded cable.
Communication interface high anti-jamming design, ±15KV ESD protection, communication response time is less than 100mS.

3, anti-jamming can be set according to the need for checksums. There are transient suppression diodes inside the module, which can effectively suppress various surge pulses, protection modules, internal digital filtering, and can also well suppress power frequency interference from the power grid.

Remark: When the communication interface is selected as 232/485, the default is RS-485 output. Users can select RS-485 output or RS-232 output through the internal key switch. Open the bottom cover of the product and take out the circuit board. Two button switches can be seen on the internal circuit board. None of them is RS-485 output. Both switches are pressed to output RS-232.
