Fujian new energy frequently exerts force

In the first half of the year, the province’s nuclear power generation, wind power, solar photovoltaic power generation and other new energy generation capacity reached 4.79 billion kwh, which was 2.7 times of last year's total. The newly-completed 1.597 million kilowatts of power generation installed in the province was based on clean energy. energy. Among them, 1.09 million kilowatts of nuclear power, 163,500 kilowatts of wind power, and 17,300 kilowatts of photovoltaic power generation.

Since the beginning of July, the power generation capacity of Ningde Nuclear Power Unit 1 has been about 26 million kwh per day, accounting for 5% of the province’s electricity generation. The Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant's two units are scheduled to be completed in 2014. Four units of the first phase of the Ningde Nuclear Power Plant will be put into commercial operation in 2015. In the next two years, new energy installations in Fujian will continue to multiply development.

Fujian is one of the regions with the most abundant wind energy in the country. At the beginning of the year, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission revised the onshore wind farm construction plan, and 106 newly approved wind farm projects by 2015. In the first half of the year, the province’s wind farms generated electricity in total and used 1.45 billion kwh cumulatively, up by 12.4% year-on-year.

Actively use distributed power grids and new policies to promote the construction of photovoltaic power generation projects. In the first half of the year, the province's solar power generation capacity was 1.02 million kWh, an increase of 22.9% year-on-year. The six “Golden Sun” projects have been successfully connected to the grid. Among them, the Quanzhou Jinbaoli PV power generation project with an installed capacity of 10.8 megawatts can save nearly 10 million yuan in electricity costs for enterprises each year. Since the first personal photovoltaic power station in the province was put into operation in April, six residents have built photovoltaic power stations to generate electricity. In addition, the 20MW photovoltaic power generation project of Quanzhou Sunshine Land under construction is the largest single project in South China. Currently, it has built 10 MW and is about to be connected to the grid. It is expected that it will be put into production by the end of the year; and the Panshi Energy Quanzhou Taiwanese Investment Zone 12 The megawatt photovoltaic power generation project will also be completed and put into operation by the end of the year. After these two projects are completed and put into production, they can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 30,000 tons per year.
