The second package: the second phase of the integrated image construction management system of Chongwen District Yongwai District 1. The qualification requirements of bidders:
(1) Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law;
(2) The registered capital of the company is 2 million yuan (inclusive) or more;
(3) The bidder must have undertaken the performance of similar projects in the past three years;
The third package: Beijing Chongwen District Image Information Management System Engineering Construction Project I. Bidder's qualification requirements:
(1) Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law;
(2) The general contracting of communication engineering construction is above (including);
(3) Construction intelligent engineering professional contractor level (including) or above;
(4) The registered capital of the company is 20 million yuan (inclusive) or more;
(5) Have quality management system, environmental management system, and occupational health and safety management system certification;
The fourth package: Beijing Chongwen District Image Information Management System Center platform integration service project I. Bidder's qualification requirements:
(1) Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law;
(2) Having the qualification of computer system integration level (inclusive) or above;
(3) The registered capital of the company is 10 million yuan (inclusive) or more;
The qualification documents required by the bidder for bidding:
(1) Business license (copy of the official seal of the unit);
(2) Tax registration certificate (copy is stamped with official seal);
(3) Authorization of legal representative (original must be provided);
(4) Enterprise qualification certificate (copy is stamped with official seal);
(5) Other supporting documents provided by the enterprise;
(6) A statement that there is no major illegal record in the business activities within three years (to be signed by the legal representative or authorized representative, and affixed with the official seal of the unit);
