two. Operations and procedures

In the opening and closing ceremonies of the Olympic and Paralympic Games, nearly 3,000 computer luminaires were used. In order to ensure the stability and use of the lamps in the live performance, in the bidding documents for the opening and closing ceremony of the Olympic and Paralympic Games, it is clearly required that all lighting equipment must be manufactured after 2007, therefore, Zhongshi Company invested nearly 100 million yuan for the Olympic Games project and purchased the most advanced lighting equipment in the world.

To this end, Zhongshi Company purchased 1,300 computer lights, and other brother units have accumulated a total of 2,532 sets of various lighting equipment, including 1142 MAC 2000 computer moving head lights, 316 VL3000 moving head lights, 340 VL3500 moving head lights, VL3500 dyeing. 148 sets of moving head lights, 112 sets of Qiqi Alpha 1200 dyeing moving head light; 80 sets of coloring Fine 2000 dyeing moving head light, 204 sets of Pearl River 2001L floodlighting lamp; Gubo 4000W æ°™ follow spot light and oxtail 3000W super long distance follow spot light 36 sets, 36 sets of special lamps customized according to the lifting structure, and 118 sets of spare equipment for various lamps.

Our work can be roughly divided into four stages.

The first phase is the preliminary preparation. Since Zhongshi Company won the bid for the opening and closing ceremony of the Olympic and Paralympic Games, it has actively organized and integrated the industries such as “Northern Austrian Road”, “Shanghai Wenguang”, “Fengshang Century”, “Working Body” and “Xi’an Qujiang”. The equipment and technical strength of well-known enterprises, the business elite of each unit, and the production team of nearly 200 people.

The second stage is on-site construction. We have multiple teams based on the type of work, and we have a precise work schedule that keeps all the staff in mind and ensures that all work is done in an orderly manner. The on-site construction phase consists of two parts. First, the basic part of the lighting project, began construction in the "Bird's Nest" in early March 2008. Nearly 200 construction workers were put into work every day, and this work was basically completed on April 8. Next is the installation of the luminaire. From April 10th, nearly 3,000 luminaires used in the Olympic Games will be installed in the “Bird's Nest” for installation; on May 20th, some luminaires will be commissioned; in early June, the installation of basic luminaires will be completed. The debugging task, the computer light programmer began to pre-program; on July 12, the opening actor officially entered the Bird's Nest to start on-site rehearsal, Heguang. In this part of the project installation stage, 100 construction workers are put into operation every day; in the synthesis and rehearsal stage, 60 engineering support personnel are put into the work every day.

The third stage is rehearsal and performance. On July 12th, the actors officially entered the "Bird's Nest" rehearsal and synthesis; then the program was greatly adjusted, and the lighting effects were constantly revised and improved. Our lighting staff overcame many unimagined difficulties and successfully completed the performance.

Finally, the stage of demolition. In order to coordinate with the Olympic venues to open to the public during the National Day of the "10th National Day", the demolition work of the lighting project must be completed before September 24. After five days of hard work, we completed the task of demolition of the lighting project.
