IPv6 is still in the experimental phase and has not yet reached the average user's home, but we can already hear its footsteps. For example, the world's largest IPv6 experimental network—CERNET2—has been fully completed, and many students at Tsinghua University are already using IPv6 addresses.
Despite this progress, most Internet Service Providers (ISPs) in mainland China do not support direct IPv6 access. Therefore, ordinary users who want to experience IPv6 must rely on tunneling technology.
Tunneling is a transitional solution during the transition from IPv4 to IPv6. It allows IPv6 data packets to be encapsulated and transmitted over existing IPv4 networks, eventually reaching an IPv6 network. Today, there are many research institutions and commercial companies both domestically and internationally that offer free IPv6 tunnel services. Some of the most commonly used ones include:

No matter which tunnel you choose, you will need a real public IP address.
**How to Set Up an IPv6 Tunnel Without Joining the Campus Network**
1. Open the Command Prompt by going to Start → Accessories → Command Prompt.
2. Type `ipv6 install` and press Enter.
3. Wait for the installation to complete.
4. Once installed, type `netsh` and press Enter.
5. Then type `interface ipv6` and press Enter.
6. Next, type `isatap` and press Enter.
7. Finally, enter `set router 10.1.18.33` and press Enter.
8. If everything is successful, you should see "Ok" as a response.
After setting up, you can browse IPv6 websites easily. Just add `.sixxs.org` to the URL you want to visit. For example, if you want to visit Baidu, you can go to `www.baidu.com.sixxs.org`, which provides an IPv6-enabled link.
**BT Movie Sharing**
If you're into downloading movies, I recommend the music BT site from Shanghai University: [bt.shu6.edu.cn](http://bt.shu6.edu.cn). Most six-dimensional BT sites require an invitation code to register, but this one doesn’t. You don't even need an education email address. An education mailbox usually ends with `.edu.cn`, such as `mail.hsit.edu.cn` from Huangshi Institute of Technology.
The process of registering is simple. The resources available are massive, often offering download speeds of up to 10 Mbps.
**Using QQ via IPv6**
If you can access the BT site, you'll also find a version of QQ there. Here’s how to use it:
1. Download .NET Framework 2.0.
2. Install it.
3. Download ProXY4To6.
4. Open ProXY4To6 and set the port (default is 8888).
5. Don’t worry if the flow isn’t open.
6. Open QQ, go to Settings → System Settings → Proxy Settings.
7. Select “Use Custom Network Settings,†set the type to HTTP, the server to `127.0.0.1`, and the port to `8888`, `66`, or `6666` (matching the port in ProXY4To6).
8. Click Apply and OK.
9. Every time you log in with IPv6, make sure to keep ProXY4To6 running and match the port settings.

Board to Board Connector
Board-to-board (BTB) connectors as the name indicates is used for connecting circuits board together. This kind of connectors are suitable for stacking circuits boards one over another. Flat flexible cables can be avoided using these kinds of connectors; moreover it makes the entire unit more compact. The commonly used BTB connectors are SMT connectors and Berg Strip. We will discuss about them in detail in the following section.
SMT CONNECTOR
Surface Mount Technology (SMT) connector is a commonly found board-to-board connector in advanced circuit boards. As the name indicates this connector is available only in surface mount model. It is carefully mounted on to the solder pads on the surface of the PCB.
SMT connectors are ideal candidate for miniaturization due to their small area of occupancy and stacking height. They are suitable for double layered or multilayered PCBs. They are designed for high performance and reliability.
They commonly found in advanced circuit boards in networking equipment, telephones, mobile phones, computers and other consumer electronics.
Board-to-board (BTB) connectors are used to connect printed circuit boards (PCB), electronic components that contain a conductive pattern printed on the surface of the insulating base in an accurate and repeatable manner. Each terminal on a BTB connector is connected to a PCB. A BTB connector includes housing and a specific number of terminals. The terminal is made from a conductive material (mostly copper alloy), and plated to improve conductivity and antirust. Terminals transmit the current/signal between PCBs connected by BTB; the housing is made of insulating material (mostly plastic).
