It features 32kB, 64kB, or 512kB of embedded high-speed flash memory. The 128-bit wide memory interface and unique acceleration architecture enable 32-bit code to run at maximum clock rates. For applications requiring tighter control over code size, the 16-bit Thumb? mode can reduce code size by over 30% with minimal performance impact. Available in a compact LQFP64 package, the LPC2131 offers 8KB of RAM and 32KB of FLASH memory, along with 8 10-bit A/D channels. The small form factor and low power consumption make it ideal for applications like access control and point-of-sale (POS) devices. It also includes a variety of serial communication interfaces and 8/16/32kB of on-chip SRAM, making it suitable for communication gateways, protocol converters, soft modems, voice recognition, and low-end imaging systems.
