The causes of vibration faults in the motor are:

(1) The ground on which the motor is installed is not flat;

(2) The internal rotor of the motor is unstable;

(3) The pulley or coupling is unbalanced;

(4) The inner rotor is bent;

(5) Motor fan issues.

To resolve these issues, the first step is to ensure a stable base for the motor installation to maintain balance. In cases where the rotor is unstable, it should be checked and balanced. For unbalanced pulleys or couplings, they need to be properly adjusted or replaced. If the rotor is bent, it should be straightened or replaced. Lastly, if the motor fan is causing noise or imbalance, it should be inspected and repaired or replaced as necessary.
