The current project will be expanded to 2×B80MW domestic high temperature. The high pressure back pressure unit (the number of the unit in the unit is No. 3 and No. 4 respectively), and there are conditions for further expansion.

Project Description: Datang Changchun Third Thermal Power Plant back press (2×B80MW) project was built by Datang Changchun Third Thermal Power Plant, located at No. 10577, Changshen Road, Changchun City, Jilin Province, with a planned capacity of 320MW, and the current project expansion of 2×80MW. Grade domestic high-temperature and high-pressure back pressure units (unit No. 3 and No. 4 machines in the plant) are subject to further expansion conditions. The project is scheduled to start in September 2016. The two units are scheduled to start production in October 2017 and one will be put into operation in 2020 (tentatively).

6. Qualification requirements and qualification requirements of bidders:

The bidder shall have the ability to perform the contract and shall meet the following qualification conditions:

6.1 The Bidder shall be a legal person or other organization that has the ability to perform and assume legal responsibility, and shall have a valid business license (one in three certificates) or a valid business license, tax registration certificate, and organization code certificate.

6.2 The bidder is in good operating condition and has not been ordered to suspend business, property has been taken over, frozen or bankrupted. The bidder should meet the following financial requirements:

(1) Registered capital of 50 million yuan and above.

6.3 The bidder shall meet the following requirements for credibility:

(1) In the past three years, there have been no frauds, frauds, and breaches of contract;

(2) There have been no major safety incidents in the past three years;

(3) There is no bad record in China Datang Corporation and its subsidiaries.

(4) No litigation and arbitration in the past three years.

6.4 Bidder shall meet the following performance requirements:

In the past five years, the performance of thermal network circulating pumps supplied by 5 50MW and above back pressure units and the operating performance of thermal network circulating pumps for at least 3 back pressure units of 2 years and above have been provided (and a copy of the contract has been provided).

6.5 This tender does not accept the consortium bid.

7. Registration and bidding documents acquisition
