However, for various reasons, elevator failures are inevitably caused. The most common one is the "st up ladder", that is, the elevator is trapped. If such a situation occurs, it is necessary to follow certain steps to rescue the passengers. Do not operate in violation of the regulations and have serious consequences.

If a "st up" event occurs, you need to pay attention to the following points:

1. Initially understand the elevator landing floor and appease the trapped person, and advise them not to slam the door and lean against the car door.

2. The “rescue personnel” are at least two and are professional elevator maintenance personnel.

3. Open the hall door on the ground floor to determine the elevator landing floor based on the car or counterweight position and press the emergency stop switch.

4. Two rescuers go to the machine room, cut off the main power supply, check whether the floor sign on the traction wire rope is consistent after the signboard is marked on the power supply unit. If they are consistent, go to the docked floor to directly implement the rescue. If it is inconsistent, you need to manually drive to the leveling area. At this time, you need to open the back cover of the traction machine shaft and put on the crank handle; one person holds the crank handle, one person holds the swing lever, gently releases the swing, the sedan The car will move due to its own weight. In order to avoid danger when the car rises or falls too fast, the operation should be intermittent, so that the car slowly moves until it is closest to the elevator hall door.

5. Rescuers go to the floor where the car is located. When they arrive, they will call the trapped person outside the hall door to confirm that the car has reached the floor and once again warn the trapped person, do not lean the body against the car door.

6. Use the triangle key to open the hall door correctly. Before opening the hall door, first confirm whether the floor of the hall door is smooth and clean, prevent the slip from falling, and keep the body steady and do not lean forward. When using the triangle key, open the hall door with both hands and must strictly follow the "one slow, two look, three operations" ("one slow" when opening the door with the triangle key must be slow, the opening width can not be too large, about 10 cm "Second look" to see if the car is parked on this floor; "three operations" when the car is clear on the floor, all the doors can be opened, the force must be even when using the triangle key, no excessive force, prevent The hall door triangle lock is damaged).

7. Assist the passengers to leave the car and close the car door and hall door when all the personnel have left.
