Third, the tender content:
The boilers of No. 8 and No. 9 boilers of the former Qingdao Alkali Industry Thermal Power Plant were converted from coal-fired to natural gas for fuel. The specific requirements are detailed in the attached technical specifications. This project is a turnkey project.
Fourth, bidder qualifications:
1) Registration within the territory of the People's Republic of China, which has an independent legal personality, and must have a good business reputation and good financial status, is not being ordered to suspend business, property is taken over, frozen, and bankruptcy;
2) At the same time, it has the special design of environmental engineering (air pollution prevention and control project) issued by the construction administrative department at grade B and above, and the qualification of the environmental protection engineering professional contractor issued by the construction administrative department at level 3 and above or the installation of electromechanical equipment at level 2 and above. Qualification, and with a safety production license;
3) In the past three years (January 1, 2013 to the date of announcement), at least 3 or more similar projects with coal-fired boilers converted to natural gas projects have been put into operation safely and normally, and no complaints have been filed (requirements provided) Cover the performance of the owner's official seal to prove the relevant materials);
4) The bidder should have the ability to contract projects in terms of professional technology, equipment and facilities, personnel organization, etc.
5) The bidder has a quality assurance system certification;
6) The project does not accept bids from the Consortium.
