Pursuant to the “Detailed Rules” provision, the supplier’s qualification to win the tender in the company’s systematic bid invitation was removed from April 2014 for 12 months.

Beijing Sanxing Automobile Co., Ltd. provided counterfeit test reports in the performance of contracts for electrified vehicles in provincial companies such as State Grid Jiangxi, Zhejiang and Henan Electric Power. Pursuant to the “Detailed Rules” provision, the supplier’s qualification to win the tender in the company’s systematic bid invitation was removed from April 2014 for 12 months.
