This article may not directly focus on VR, but it's deeply connected to the journey we've all taken together. Today, instead of talking about the industry as a whole, let’s talk about *you and me* — those who have stayed committed, worked hard, and helped push the VR field forward.
Throughout our journey, VR Network has stood alongside the VR community, witnessing both the highs and lows of this ever-evolving industry. Along the way, we've met countless passionate partners — small but mighty, lively and full of energy.
We’d like to thank everyone for your support. Without you, VR Network wouldn’t be where it is today. Your presence and contributions have truly driven the growth of the industry.
There are many names that stand out in this story: Chen Ke-da from 913VR (his phone stand is just too good), Dan Brother (a big thanks to Qingdao for taking such great care of him), and the two dogs known as “VR彪彪†— they’re always full of life. Then there’s Tian Jie from VR Art Network, and so many other small but dedicated partners in the VR media space.
Among the ZVR family, there’s Xiao Xia, a goddess with grace and elegance; Meng Ke’s He He, whose recent WeChat posts are absolutely amazing; and my favorite, Jiao Kun — so cute, he must be a blue child. There’s also Peng Ji Network’s brotherly team, Guo Zunhe from STEPVR, who gave an incredible article on Yun Xiaolong, and the clever Qing pupil, Chi, along with his family's "Tiger" — of course, the gentle green boss Zhang is always a real fan when I’m in Yunnan.
We also want to thank the VRCORE partners who are focused on high-quality VR content. Sugi, the director of the red and black silk, is so busy he couldn’t even make it to dinner. (Why didn’t you eat after dinner?! Eh?!) And then there's Xiao Yu, who doesn’t eat spicy food but is already getting better.
Ma Chi from Happy Entertainment, Shao Qing from the VR film "Window," and Pinta’s Tianyi, who recently won the Best VR Work award for "The Old Man Who Picked the Dream" — these small players are really making waves and will surely win more awards next time.
Live VR broadcasts are heating up, and the efforts of Wu Zeng, Mr. Li from Snail Cloud, and Xu Zhi from VR Video have given us unforgettable visual experiences. Mi Yee Technology’s Xiang Yan brought us a sensory feast with immersive panoramic sound and 3D audio.
Then there’s Aojia Technology, which developed China’s first room escape VR game, "18-Story Phantom Chamber." Their little Xinxin is always full of energy (say, younger brother, when you were eating noodles). Great VR games need great distribution platforms — like 7663 VR, which featured exclusive 3A masterpieces, and Cai Wensheng’s Dream-Making Technology.
After playing online VR games, experiencing VR offline is a must. VR entertainment platforms like Tech Choice, Super Captain, and Music Player VR are definitely worth trying.
In education, Weiai Education, Dawei VR, and Xunfei Illusion are making their mark. Of course, Aga College’s Liu Zong, who’s always running ads, is part of Enlightenment Virtual Reality (Beijing) Technology — an important training base under Tsinghua Qidi Holding Group.
There’s also Wang Jie, the first female head of 3Glasses, who launched the first domestic VR headshot, and Zeng Zheng from Ant Vision, along with Rina, whose sweet smile we saw yesterday. Pico Zhou, with his far-sighted vision for VR integration. Miss Sister Otsuka, who stands over two meters tall, and her family's baby seal moments. And the only tech that created VR displays for vivo and ZTE — they're all part of this story.
As the industry grows, the concept of VR+ has emerged. From VR in real estate to VR in cultural creativity, these innovations are driving real progress. Plus, Ling Yuzhi, who claims to be creating "the mouse and keyboard of the VR era," and their famous master mouse — it's all part of the evolution.
This journey is far from over.
We’ve had the privilege of being here at the beginning. In 2017, VR Network will interview 100 VR companies or related parties to capture the stories, emotions, and challenges of this new industry. Thanks to all the small companions who have walked this path with us, and we look forward to meeting even more new faces in the future.
Happy Thanksgiving, to you and all of us.
Happy Thanksgiving.
Happy Thanksgiving.
