Molex Molex will showcase the latest automotive electronic safety control system and automotive electronic equipment interconnection solutions

Interconnect product supplier Molex will participate in the FISITA 2012 World Automotive Engineering Annual Conference and Exhibition held at the Beijing National Convention Center from November 27 to 30. This event is organized by the International Federation of Automobile Engineering Societies (InternaTIonal FederaTIon of AutomoTIve Engineering SocieTIes , FISITA) and the Society of Automotive Engineers of China (SAE-C), Molex will showcase a series of electronic safety control systems for vehicles and automotive electronic equipment and wiring at booth D1-1 Interconnect solutions.

Molex's selection of interconnect products at FISITA 2012 includes:

Various Molex connectors for integrating vehicle communication and entertainment system modules allow users to use touch and voice control for hands-free calls and music playback, etc.

CMC connector. The CMC connection system is used for power transmission applications, including the engine control unit (ECU), automatic transmission, electric handbrake and suspension controller. The expansion of the 32-line to line connector allows the use of the same complete CMC connection system throughout the vehicle.

Stac64 connector. Stac64 stackable connection system provides single-hole and multi-hole PCB solutions, and a variety of circuit specifications, without the need for customized processing, greatly reducing the time to market. The Stac64 system allows car manufacturers to use connector components as independent components, or to combine multiple connectors together to meet various signal and power requirements of equipment and modules. At the FISITA annual meeting, Molex will highlight the standard 34691 series for ambient light modules and the standard 34691 and 34696 series for radio amplifiers.

MX123 connector system. The MX123 is a fully sealed high-performance connection system, optimized for power transmission applications in the most challenging under-hood environments.

HSAutoLink (or USCAR USB) is an emerging high-speed data bus for automobiles. Rugged HSAutoLink connectors and cables provide USB and other bus and interconnect technologies for vehicle information and entertainment systems.

MX150 connector. The pre-assembled fully submersible MX150 is a high-performance connector system with a small package size, ideal for automotive engine applications.

DuraClik. Molex's DuraClik 2.00mm (.079 inch) pitch wire-to-board connector system provides safe mating and PCB retention even in high vibration environments.

Mizu-P25 mini waterproof connector. Molex's Mizu-P2 wire-to-wire connector system is the first miniature sealed connector system on the market that achieves IP67 certification, provides excellent dust and water protection levels, and saves space.

Car sensor interconnection. "Smart" cars continue to maintain the development trend, adding more electronic components, sensor products and wireless systems to enhance performance, safety, comfort, convenience and communication.

Customer Convenience Port (CCP). Molex's CCP media module provides a complete end-to-end I / O module solution that can be used in the automotive and non-automotive transportation markets.

Mark Rettig, director of global automotive marketing at Molex, said: "In recent years, cars have undergone design changes, especially the control of electronic products. They are at the center of these innovations, such as electronic fuel injection, airbags that have saved countless lives, and Sensors that measure key performance indicators of automobiles. At FISITA 2012, we will see and exhibit a wide range of solutions for automotive communications, including vehicle networks, automotive infotainment systems, and some navigation options. I It can be proud to say that Molex is the core manufacturer of automotive electronics revolution, and we will display a wealth of products at the booth. We are very happy to discuss with visitors and introduce our interconnection solutions.

Compared with lithium cobalt oxide and lithium manganese oxide batteries commonly available on the market, lithium iron phosphate batteries at least have the following five advantages: higher safety, longer service life, no heavy metal and rare metal (low cost of raw materials), fast charging support, wide range of working temperature.

Solar cells, also known as "solar chips" or "photovoltaic cells", are thin slices of photovoltaic semiconductor that generate electricity directly from sunlight. As long as it meets certain illuminance conditions of light, it can output voltage and generate current in the case of loop. In physics, it's called Photovoltaic (PV), Photovoltaic for short. Solar cells are devices that convert light energy directly into electricity through the photoelectric effect or photochemical effect.
