Second, vacuum motor

The quality of the vacuum motor directly affects the sweeping robot's cleaning ability and effect. Generally good vacuum motors have high speed, large suction, long life and low noise. At present, the intelligent sweeping robot brand vacuuming motor on the market has a big difference. Generally divided into two types: brushless motor and brush motor (carbon brush motor).

Brushless motor (DC motor): high speed and long life. Working for about 20,000 hours, it can be used normally for 7-10 years. Brushless motors are more energy efficient, and consume less than 1/3 of the power consumed by brushed motors, and do not require any maintenance costs. The best motor currently used by sweeping robots is the Japanese NIDEC brushless motor.

Brush motor (carbon brush motor): loud sound, large power consumption, more importantly, the cost of subsequent maintenance is relatively high, but the cost of the previous factory investment is very low, only about 1/5 of the cost of brushless motor. Brushed motor working time is: 5000 hours, normal use is 2-3 years.
