What is the principle of DMB-T's single frequency network technology?

DMB-T itself uses TDS-OFDM technology, the system signal frame is synchronized with absolute time and OFDM is used
The modulation method has inherent advantages when implementing a single frequency network. The block diagram of DMB-T single frequency network is shown in the figure,
The receiving station will comprehensively calculate the transmission delay of valid data in the distribution network, the synchronization signal sent from the main transmission point, and the GPS synchronization signal received by this station to obtain the time for the station to transmit the signal. At the central transmitting station, the DMB-T single frequency network adapter inserts a control packet in the transport stream every other large frame (560ms),
The control packet contains the synchronous time stamp (the time difference from the 1 pps from the GPS receiver to the start of the large frame) and the maximum delay to the next-level transmitting station.
